I'm trying to figure out...?

I'm trying to figure out what song this is and what band preformed it,
I don't know the lyrics but I know the music video. There is a guy who
watches the tv/security cameras and when he sees this one girl he goes
and tries to find her, but never does. He goes to a laundry mat, and a
couple of other places. I'm pretty sure it's all at night, too. They
are an emo/rock band I guess. I don't listen to this type of music,
but I woke up thinking about it for some reason and it's bugging me
that I can't think of it. .-. Oh, and it might have the word "car" in
the song title.
